Al llegar, dejaremos nuestras pertenencias en las caba\u00f1as comunales que ser\u00e1n nuestro hogar durante la noche y nos alistaremos para dirigirnos hacia la pe\u00f1a. La corta aproximaci\u00f3n de Apoala, de unos 20 minutos, serpentea por el ca\u00f1\u00f3n junto a un r\u00edo transparente, donde podr\u00e1s ver enormes bromelias colgando de las paredes rocosas y musgo decorando los senderos. La escalada en Apoala se centra en La Pe\u00f1a Colorada, una impresionante pared rocosa con hasta 20 rutas de dificultad variada, ideales para todos los niveles. Comprobamos los protocolos de seguridad, ajustamos nuestro equipo y comenzamos el calentamiento. \u00a1Es hora de escalar! Pasaremos las pr\u00f3ximas dos horas disfrutando de este enorme lienzo de roca caliza de alta calidad.<\/p>\n
Tras un picnic a orillas del r\u00edo, seguiremos escalando hasta que estemos listos para descansar. Recogeremos el equipo, y volveremos a las caba\u00f1as para relajarnos. Este es el momento perfecto para leer, reflexionar o explorar individualmente el pueblo. Nos reuniremos de nuevo para la cena y una fogata, donde uno de nuestros gu\u00edas locales compartir\u00e1 algunas leyendas de la regi\u00f3n. \u00a1Te animamos a que compartas tus historias de fantasmas!<\/p>\n
Al d\u00eda siguiente, nos levantaremos temprano para un desayuno ligero, y luego descenderemos hacia una alberca natural. Seg\u00fan la leyenda, este sitio es el origen de la cultura mixteca, y sus aguas curativas te preparar\u00e1n para el d\u00eda. Despu\u00e9s de un tiempo en la alberca, caminaremos hacia la emblem\u00e1tica cascada turquesa de Apoala, donde podr\u00e1s nadar en estas aguas sagradas.<\/p>\n
Tras la cascada, regresaremos a la comunidad para disfrutar de una deliciosa comida tradicional acompa\u00f1ada de bebidas. Como \u00faltima experiencia, visitaremos la cueva sagrada de la regi\u00f3n, donde, con la gu\u00eda local, aprenderemos sobre la cosmovisi\u00f3n mixteca y el respeto por los espacios sagrados.
