If you are coming on a Coyote Aventuras experience we would like to remind you of the following:
Customers will receive a full refund or credit if we are informed of a cancellation 24 hours prior to the experience.
In the case of epic trips or multi-day expeditions travelers must inform us of any cancellation at least 7 days before the adventure to be eligible for a refund.
It is the traveler´s responsibility to stay healthy, eat well, and not participate in activities that could affect their attendance.
There are no exceptions to this rule, so please take care of yourself and make sure you are ready for the adventure.
