WHAT YOU’LL DO

We meet at 8:00 AM in Macedonio Alcalá 802, Centro, Oaxaca de Juárez, Oaxaca, ring the bell ‘’A’’, between Bicibella and Café Punto Paz.

In this unforgettable adventure for intermediate and advanced riders, you will ride through natural tunnels of pines, clouds and ferns, amongst the paths of the enchanted forest of Ixtepeji. Early in the morning we’ll go to the top of the mountain to appreciate the amazing panoramic view of the majestic Sierra Norte and the Central Valleys.

The adventure begins at 3,100 meters above sea level, we’ll descend through steep and technical trails until we reach the City of Oaxaca. Quite a physical and mental challenge. We will appreciate different landscapes and micro-climates: cloud forest, pine and oak forest, bushes, among others.

The tracks we’ll ride on are part of the international and national MTB Enduro competitions such as Transierra Norte and Epic Enduro Series. The road is a feast of speed, flow, curves, jumps, rock gardens, drops and much more, always surrounded by spaces to contemplate, meditate or simply to enjoy being in the middle of nowhere. At the end of the trail, we’ll have healthy drinks and snacks.

We continue our descent to the city through dirt roads, asphalt roads and streets of the surrounding communities. You will get a profound look into the local lifestyle. Our journey  will end in Oaxaca City with a meal to celebrate the epic day.
