would like to remind you of the following:
- Customers will receive a full refund or credit if we are informed of a cancellation 24 hours prior to the experience.
- In the case of epic trips or multi-day expeditions travelers must inform us of any cancellations at least 2 weeks before the adventure to be eligible for a refund.
- It is the traveler´s responsibility to stay healthy, eat well, and not participate in activities that could affect their attendance.
- There are no exceptions to this rule, so please take care of yourself and make sure you are ready for the adventure.
